BMX XXX = very good.

I just rented it for the xbox, man... fun game! I was thinking it'd be all novelty, naked women in a video game... whoopie. But its a lot more than that. Its the cursing (the f,s,a words so far, maybe more?). Its the crude sophmoric humor (fireman who's "hose" runs out of "water" and he needs helping "getting it up." Its dropping hookers off at hotels, watching two dogs hump, and listening to unintelligable homeless guys bum money. And i'm still on the first level!!!

Its pretty much the Tony Hawk engine too so the playability is pretty good.

PS my skater is a catholic school girl with white panties.:eek: Hey! Let he who is without pr0n on his machine cast the first stone.

The engine is nothing like THPS you can enter a grind from any position I found the engine to be very very lacking and the game as a whole to be a pretty sad attempt to cash in on the "mature" market

Actually ask Akklaim, its simply a modified engine. Manuals are all handled the same as are using them to string tricks together. The bikes behavior is modified but, well, its a bike. Key move buttons are located in the same positon and include the same dir+but options. Your griding comment, while non-sensical and non-convincing, did include some pretty words though, you get a gold star! :)

Finally, I think its a great entry into the mature genre. I'd argue the first. Yes, yes GTA is high on the list too. But while GTA is heavy on violence, death, and destruction, BMX XXX takes a much more humorous angle towards it all. Cursing interspersed with slang sounds like my friends. I do conceed that I haven't played all the levels, but having to drop a dog off in a park to pork another dog pleases me as much as your disappointment does. :D.

Is this is the end all be all of adult games. Hell no. Is it a step in the right direction to getting developers to publish more games in an adult genre function. Yes.

Good for you not liking it though. I'm very proud of you.

[Note to nudity seekers : If you buy this game to see some t&a, you'll be disappointed; it gets old quick.]

I too thought it had horribly crappy gameplay

I like the naked ladies but this game just sounds stupid! I don't even know where to begin how to show that this game is stupid! It just is. If I want a laugh I'll play GTA3 or watch a movie.

My comment made perfect sense, you can come in at a rail from a 90 degree angle and still pull of the grind. Please explain the physics of that to me? The game is trash and I challenge you to find a review from a reputable site that says otherwise.
Also this isn't a game in the right direction to making adult games this is a game that is unashamedly marketed towards the underage market even though its rated M. Why would anyone over 12 care about seeing a 30 second strip tease movie when it costs gameplay and control?

There is a balance between gameplay and realism.
And in THPS and BMX XXX, it's got both.
That's why it's fun!

I don't wanna play a skateboarding game and have to fall down 2 million times to get one trick. Just look at those people on the street, they suck!
If you want realism, don't play games :)

in real life? i'd like to see someone pull it off.

i mean, i don't skate or do stunts on my bike, but i imagine that if you tried to grind when you're at 90 degrees relative to the rail, you'd just flip over and faceplant.
