I'm not sure which one you mean but I think you can go to http://www.nvidia.com/content/areyou...ettings&video= and see four different videos. All takeoffs of pop movies..
Heh the NVidia Project is damn funny :) If you notice in the NVidia Club video they flash a number 6 on the dry erase board and pausing it I tried to make out what it said... something like Get ready for Ultar or something... maybe a hint...
Not much substance to those videos, and I hope the production quality of the GFX is better than that. :p
in the fight club parody, after the chick raises her hand, they flash a rule 6 on the board behind her like the 1 frame thing in FC. anyone catch what that was? i'm not l33t enough to pause the video on that frame...
edit: btw, those films are stupid...
i guess no one figured out or cares about what i'm talking about? :o :pQuote:

no i saw it...managed to freeze it on the particular frame too, but i still couldn't quite make it out...it was something like "are you ready for *blah*", or get ready for *blah* (couldn't make out what *blah* was)Quote:

the funny thing is that while nvidia is making videos getting us ready for their new card ati is snapping up a truckload of old nvidia customers. I'm trying to wait patiently for the fx but if its delayed any longer, and doesnt perform to my expectations then im gonna have to go ati again
edit: it look sto me like the lost work is either Uttar or UHar
Although I won't be "going ATI or Nvidia" this time around, I agree. I'd rather have benchmarks and reviews ... not corny videos.Quote:

I could only watch two of those videos. They are so embarassingly bad that they make me want to buy a Radeon 9500 purely out of spite.

If you read my first post you'll see that I both mentioned it and guessed what it said.Quote:

I tried to post a screenie, but PrtScr and video don't get along :(
IMHO I thought the videos were great. It would be one thing if they were going for production quality films, but you can tell it was just a bunch of workers screwing off...
oh, my bad, i guess i overlooked it :(Quote:

btw, to printscreen video:
ok, it sounds weird, but it works, just open with wmp any video file such as mpg or avi
then open the file you want to use with printscreen in a seperate wmp.
so you should have 2 instances of wmp or whatever media viewer you use open. you can pause the first one, and then expand the second one to whatever size and hit printscreen. it will capture everything on your screen except the first wmp video.
then just paste in your favorite picture editor ;)
if you still dont follow what i'm talking about, try this thread: http://www.sharkyforums.com/showthre...readid=173018&
np, just thought I'd let you know.Quote:
