Quadro FX , overheat problems .

If you translate the first page (i did with Google) it says the FX started a benchmark @ 13 FPS overheated and dropped to 9 FPS.
They then let it cool down and reboot the computer and it repeated the same trend when GPU has overheated of starting at 13 and falling to 9. This was at the 400/400.
So how Gainward can run the Ultra FX @ full speeds with a 7 dba when this GPU is so overheated ?
I know that Gainward as a respectable company so dunno what to belive anymore ,but they might hawe a new cooling technology who knows .
