Which memory

WHixh will be better. 512MB DDR pc 2700 333Mhz
or 256 DDr400 pc 3200

also i will be OC abit

depends on the motherboard you are putting them into.

if its for the mobo in your sig, then your limiting factor will be that it is an old board, and limited to pc2100 (and you can have a max. of 2 sticks)

If its not this board, then it depends what the board can take...

Id personally go for a 512 increase at whatever speed rather than 256..

If your gonna o/c then make sure its decent branded memory (although im guessin you already knew that)

Even if the board can only take pc2100, he can still use pc2700 or 3200. And he'll want to since he is gonna be OCing. If your are only OCing a bit, get pc2700, if you are goig the max OC, then get some quality pc3200.

i will be putting it into a Nfor`ce 2 baord. i dont know which one yet though
