If the LEDs emit UV light, they will- all light emits some UV, but I have yet to see an led that is just for UV. my 2 cents :)
Nah they don't react at all to LED's or normal ccfls.
I have 2 10" UV sensitive ides from svc.com, and I ended up ordering uv lights because they just look like silver braided cables under anything but UV light. But they glow brilliantly in UV, highly recommended, at least from svc.
