I'm in a bit of a refresh rate pinch...

Howdy folks. I just got back home from school (shipped my computer home, left the monitor there) and hooked it up to the monitor I have set up here, only to find that when Windows loads, the refresh rate is too high and nothing will display. Is there any way to fix this aside from finding a monitor that will display at the refresh rate I had set and setting it lower?

I have a Linux partition on my HD that will run fine, through which I can access the Windows partition. Is there any setting file I could possibly delete that would reset it to a working res/refresh?
