Power outage did something to my harddrive
Well here in BC Canada we had quite a storm last night, i was playing a video game then all of a sudden the power went off.. 5 seconds later it went back on then 5 seconds after that it went back off. When it finally came back on again i powered up the computer and a high pitched sound started bellowing from my harddrive which was not there before the power outages. The harddrive still works but that damn noise is givin me one hell of a headache and i've tried everything i know of to get rid of it to no avail.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
