Windows NT Server 4.0 updates question

Ok I'm trying to find out the quickest way to apply all of the cumulative hotfixes for Windows NT Server 4.0 since the release of Service Pack 6a. I was browsing Microsoft's support page and found reference to a Security Rollup Package but when I went to download it the Date said July 26th 2001. I know there have been more hotfixes released since then so my question is this. Does that Security Rollup Package get updated at all? Or do I have to find all the hotfixes since the release of that? Any help is appreciated. I'm going to be building a complete Windows NT Domain next week and it's going to be tested for security holes by the NSA. Thanks
