This will be the first time im using an ati product, is the 3.4 cats the best for 3dmark? ati's website only has the 3.6 and its seperated in 3 parts too :( one driver, control pannel and something else. can anyone link me to 3.4 or the best 3dmark driver for a radeon8500. I wonder if I can break 13k marks but I wanna find out
Use the latest Omega drivers and Rage3D. That's what I get the best results with. Also if you look at the bottom of the ATI driver page you will see a link for previous versions of drivers.
I'm not sure about the 8500 but the high 3D Markers live by the Cat 3.2s still.:D

hint, save this URL, it is an important one for you as you seem to be into vid cards a lot.
lots of stuff there, all the drivers, all the versions, even includes a new ATI control panel stuffs if you want it.
as much as you talk about and fool with vid cards, i a totally surprised at this question, you are supposed to be the guru/??????
