What should i Upgrade first?

My system specs are below in my profile. I have about $150 i can spend on upgrades. Would it make more sense to go with a new processor? If so, which one?

I was also thinking about upgrading to 512mb ram and getting an OEM audigy 2 sound card to upgrade the sb Live! 5.1 i have. I need help decisiong which method i should take first.

I'd say the ram too. ;) 256mb ram just doesn'y cut it anymore (especially IF you're running XP Home/Pro :( ) I think gamplay would improve with extra ram so go that route first.;) :)
