If you use a usb2 device with a usb1 hub with a usb2 .. what speed will you get?

usb2 device--> goes to usb1 mini-hub--> goes to usb2 (and firewire)card in motherboard.

I suppose the speed will be usb1 (11Mbps~) right?

Right - you'd get USB 1 speed. It's 1.5 Mbytes or 12 Mbits per sec
