Whats the settings an average card will run stable at? I have mine at 270/470 atm.. using air cooling, hsf that came on the card. I'm nearing 11k 3dmark and I should supposably be getting around 13k with what I have so am I running it to low?

you will really need to push the ram higher, even my first ti4200 did 280/520 and I needed a really fast cpu.......over 2GHz at 190fsb to break 13k for the first time, you have neither! What you need is a ti4200 thatll do at least 300/600(might take you one try or 20 tries of buying and selling before you find one thatll do this high) then you need a good xp2000 or xp2100 cpu and get the fsb to 200+ and the cpu to 2.3GHz or higher then your set :)
what brand is itQuote:

My Visiontek ran at 305/540 all day. I ran 12700 consistantly in 3dmark2001 with a P4 2.26b and 512mb of PC3200. I tweaked it with RivaTuner.Quote:
