In terms of network cabling, what does snagless mean? Is it a good thing? What's the alternative/opposite to a snagless cable?
Also, I've heard the term 'snagless boot' been thrown around - what is it?

So a snagless cable is just one which comes with the plus cover (boot)?

they are great if you have to pull a cable but suck when you try to unplug them
Do you know how hard it is to install a boot after you crimped both ends!!!! I remember back in the day (newbie) I accidently installed a boot on backwards *lol* Or whatnot...
I sometimes messed up with TokenRing too.. Since there is a screw on part that needs to go onto the cable prior to pressing the cable into the colored rings and closing the connector :D
Yeah, it's very annoying when you need to unplug the cable.
