What is up with all these bogus parts being shipped from newegg
Im noticing more and more post about people ordering new parts and recieving used parts from newegg. You gotta start wondering if they are losing thier integrity. If you paid for new make sure it is new. BTW when we we get these used parts we need to send these parts back do not accept them. Otherwise it will not stop.

You have to wonder *** Newegg is supposed to do with a Videocard that you ordered used for a week, decided it didn't overclock high enough and returned. It't not Broken, can't send it back to the manufacturer, its was only out of your hands for a weeks and it tested fine. It has all the proper packaging and manuals. It's practically new.
Sell it as open box...Why?? its not missing anything. It works perfectly fine. Why take the $5,$10,$50 hit.
I see NO coincidence that for the last year people on this forum have been applauding Newegg because they accept returns on practically anything. And how now they sre staring to ship items that are new but not unopened. You are reaping the seeds that sow.

Exactly. The purpose of RMA is for defective parts, not to send back stuff that doesn't overclock well, or sending back a "rev. 1.1 to get a rev. 2.0". If it continues I'd be willing to bet Newegg will change their return policy, which would be a shame as they are more than fair. As is usually the case- the actions of a few will ruin it for the many.
