Bust out the dremel and be the first;)
If you have a PC-60/61 there's no way you'll be able to fit a 120mm fan on the back/mobo tray. I bet you could fit one on a PC-7 because there's no mobo tray restricting you- but I just went and grabbed a 120mm fan and put it up against my PC-61 and I don't see how you could get it on there.
But I'm an idiot. So don't let me tromp your dreams.
poor poor misguided San7a *shackes head*
when you are in possesion of a variable speed dremel with reinforced cutting discs...and sufficient quantities of JB Weld. Nothing is impossible..
That's what I'm talking about, get to work:)Quote:

so are you going to try it isezumi?? And where is TAZ? He hasn't responded yet? If it works, that would be some awesome cooling power right there. :p

I'm not saying it's impossible. You just wouldn't be able to do it without sacrificing a piece of your mobo tray and a chunk of your case (Not to mention the nifty slot to place a lock to keep those LAN monkeys out of your box).Quote:

Why not just toss a second 80mm exhaust in the mix? Heck! Why not two 92mm? You'd be able to pump more hot air outta there.
Well... Unless you cheat and get that monster Delta 120mm. :D
what, you mean the "I have to put something in front my case or it will push itself across the floor" Delta. :DQuote:

Without hacking the mobo tray to bits, I'm not sure you can even fit 2 90mm's in that back area. 2 80mm's will fit almost perfectly though. I cut the stock fan grill out of the top one, and am planning to cut the hole for the second 80mm as soon as I get some free time.
I feel for ya man..
I have a 20" 3 speed box fan mounted to my Pentium II. I had a lot of trouble getting it into my case too.
If you feel like getting creative why not make some sort of adapter to your 80mm hole so that you can put a 120mm fan on there, like the 120>80mm fan adapters for processors or something like that. It would hand outside of the case and be kinda ugly but it would get the job done. ;)
