3dmark 2k1 score sound right?

To begin with, I'm not a 3dmark fanboy/fanatic. But I do like to compare scores to see if something is wrong with my system (like installing agp drivers for intel chipset with my old computer, made my scores double).

Specs:
Epox 8RDA3+ rev2.0
Tyan 9600PRO stock (400/600)
Athlon 2500+ with slk-800 and smart fan2@4000rpms (temps @50C full load)

This computer is at my house and it doesn't have internet, so I don't have a link to my score but I got around 11,1xx and OC the 2500+ to 3200+ score of 11,600 (not much for a 400~ Mhz OC :o )

I'm using cat3.7

3Dmark03, 3,500~

Seems about right. You've basically got the same system as me, and I get around the 3700 mark:

I get around 13k in '01 but this is probably due to the high fsb.

3.5k for your rig looks really good... Although on the other note... your Barton at 50C at full load is really high, unless you are overclocking the hell out of it with a high vcore.

multiplier of 11 and fsb of 200Mhz. I thought a higher voltage meant better OC (as in Mhz) and lower temp? I'm still very new to OC, sorry

It could be that the paste (that came with slk800) was applied wrong. I'd have to readjust it, man was it a pain to setup it :o

Oh... I thought that you used ASIII.. Whats your vcore?
If you are on stock vcore then I'll consider re-sitting your HSF and make sure that you don't put too much paste, and that you cover the entire core. I strongly suggest getting some ASIII paste.

I don't remember, I won't arrive at my house until late at night. I'll give details tomorow. Ordering ASIII as I'm typing this (amoung other things, won't receive it until late next week.. and still in dought). Until then I'll wait to re-sitting the HSF

Yes I do; Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, to be exact

I used to live (and study) in San Antonio, Texas and in Mc Allen, Texas. Every member of my family have credit cards and checking accounts in the US.

I have a place in Mc Allen where I receive my mail and packages. I go there once in a while to pay bills and go shopping

my cpu core is 1.750

If I OC the 2500+ to 3200+ and the Vcard to 500/600 I get 1,500 more points on 3dmark, therefore UT2k3 and wc3 look even better :cool:
