I have heard ATI TV cards won't work well with XP...well, I might be wrong...
I think you better off go and get another brand... :)
Computer Maniac :)
well the picture seems ok. i just can't get the audio to work.
They work fine.
Make sure that all of the drivers are loaded, the Audio Crossbar in particular.
Make sure that the TV Card Audio port is plugged into the Line In on your sound card with the supplied cable.
Make sure that your Line In is not muted.
Other than that it should work. I have tried every major brands TV cards and I still think that in the $50 range the ATI TV VE is a great deal. The tuner is not the best, but they all suck. The best way to fix this is to get a cheap VCR with a tuner and use the tuner in the VCR into the YV cards inputs. Quality improves 100%. Another must, is Dscaler, the BEST program for de-interlacing and scaling.
I got it working....
Had to run the soundstorm setup again. Yeah I know I'm a little slow sometimes....:p
