how do you disable similar windows from overlapping in taskbar?

you know the option in XP which for example groups all IE windows into one bar on the task bar? how do i disable this option?

i did this before on other xp installs i did but my mind is in too much in chaos the figure it out right now

Start>Control Panel>Taskbar and Start Menu> uncheck Group similar taskbar buttons
