WOW! AH! I think my brain just exploded... I'm a hardcore BF fan and I absolutely cannot wait to get this. Know anywhere you can pre-order it as of yet?

Looking foward to this very much. I hope it makes good use of tunnel systems, as BF lacked much cqb fighting. Also hopefully they will make choppers more easily controlled... anyone who has played desert combat knows what im talking about

I use a trackball and I'm a excellent pilot. The extra controller definitely helps, the mouse just isn't responsive enough for the heli's.Quote:

I'm buying BF:V the day it comes out. I love BF and BF:V is just going to be so much better. Too bad the human models looks like cartoons, they really need to work on those "rubber band" arms.
I can fly a helo better than any vehicle in the game. I love those things, the new BH with the missles.
I think the best feature in BFV is those choppers with the transport capabilty.

I dont have a joystick, and I dont really play any games that use it, so I dont know about that. But with keyboard, or kb/mouse it is hard to go any farther than 1/4 of the map, I always fly out of control and have to bail. A reason I say they should make it is that joysticks are not yet completely mainstream and to keep a fairly big part of the game away from the average consumer would be a bad decision. Just look at lostvillage for DC, if Coalition doesent have atleast 5 chopper pilots they are screwed, and im sure the Vietnam levels will have a fair amount of reliance on hellies.
What exactly do you mean starts randomly spinning out of control? It responds to exactly what you do with the joystick, you just have to get a feel for it and anticipate what the physics of your actions are going to make the chopper do... I mean hell I can do a barrel roll in an apache.Quote:
