Two of the rubber feet on the bottom of my ThinkPad broke off on the back. Don't know how it happened, but it did.
Is there any way to replace them?

Yeah the manufacturer should typically offer replacements for parts that are that trivial.
I know Apple has replacement feet for iBooks, so just give IBM a ring, they should too.
I tried looking up the appropriate part number in the Hardware Maintenance Manual for your particular model, but the only reference I could find is in a "miscellaneous parts" package.
Even if it's not helpful this time, I'd recommend you download the Hardware Maintenance Manual for future reference. It comes in handy if you want to work on the laptop yourself when something breaks a few years down the road:
