Any attempt at realism looks fake right now. Look at EQ2...

The basketball screens look better than the soccer ones.

I don't believe those are in-game shots.

Another example is Tiger Woods 06 for the 360.

LOL, your right. I just checked the PS2 version gallery and the same pics were there also.

the fifa ones look like crap (along with the madden 06 for 360) but the nba live ones look pretty decent I think

The real tigerwoods 06 shots look really great.

I don't doubt they are real.
If there is one thing EA has it's a good arts department...
the one and only thing they have...
In recent years EA always came in second to someone elses offering (Console, no competition on PC it seems).
Better hope there will be an alternative for the 360 sport games or you'll end up just looking at prety pictures.

Have you seen the NBA 2K6 images for the 360(on Ign.com)? I think those are more impressive, and they are ingame shots.
