Convert Pegasus Mail to Outlook?

Does anyone have some easy directions to convert Pegasus mail to Outlook? I have googled but can't find a clear precise way...

If you look at Outlook's Import/Export menu and choose Import from Another Program, there are many options. From Outlook-standard pst files through several other aps (Schedule+, Lotus Organizer, ACT!) and down to CSV or TAB-delimited files. Since Pegasus doesn't appear explicitly, hunt through the Export options on that side of things and see if you can find a match with something on the Outlook list.
