Mine uses 24-hour time by default :confused:
Then again, it's a German version.

the "Regional Options" tab, click on the "Customize..." button > click on
the "Time" tab and in the "Time format:" dropdown menu, select HH:mm:ss to
get military time...then click "OK" and then "OK" again out of the windows.

All of a sudden, Windows switched to military time on my computer!! These instructions helped to return it to normal, thanks! Very bizarre though...
Did the date reset too? Might be a CMOS battery on the way out.
