Windows XP Time Error
Hi, Everyone,
How are you? Ever since Daylight Saving began on March 11, 2007, my Windows' time has been incorrect. At the moment, it reads 10:01p.m., when it's supposed to be 11:01p.m. (I live in San Jose, California). I made sure that it's the right timezone and such already.
I cannot seem to synchronize with time.nist.gov, and only with time.windows.com. If I synchronize it, the time is slow by one hour. The only remedy I have found for this thus far is to change my timezone from Pacific to Arizona so that the time, supposedly one hour off, shows up as correct.
Is there a way to fix this? Can someone help me out? Thank you in advance.

Go to Windows Update and get all available updates. That will fix it for you. Also, I prefer pool.ntp.org for time. :)

like vertices has already said, input a time server of your choice. there are many time servers avaliable to the public. just don't use a stratum 1 server for your home/domestic use. there are specific rules of engagement to prevent clogging up the servers.
