Opinions on MB choice:

I am going to build a new system and have done some research and c9ome up with these two items. I like the Athlon 64x2 windsor 5600 2.8 gh that I read will perform better than the 6000. On the motherboard I like the Gigabyte GAM 59sli AMD 2 Nforce 590 board. I also like the Asus Crosshair AMD 2 590 sli mcp mb, which is more expensive. Newegg is offering a combo deal on the Asus and 5600 that I might buy. Which do you think would perform better with ocing.

Wel, I went ahead, based on research and purchased the AMD2 Windsor 5600, Asus 590 SLI crosshair MB, and Antec 500W truepower PS. I believe this should keep me in good shape for awhile. The computer I have now, for about three and half years, without error, does, almost, everything I want to do but I have the bug. I'm sure you know how it is. When I get it built I will update everhone how it does.
