A good price in context with the Titan, but the Titan never made sense value-wise. It sucks to see the x80 line climb up the pay scale by $150. I'm concerned with how that will affect the lower line. If the 770 is just a rebadged 680, then it will likely keep the 450-499 price point of the 680 with the price of the 780 being so high. At that point this really isn't a new gen at all, just a new, higher priced card with the current cards carrying new names.
Actually , The Titan should be the new GTX 780 for $600
while the GTX 780 be the GTX 770 for around $450
This is what I call new generation...
The only way that either Nvidia with pricing/performance or Intel with their CPUs will really push the envelope is if AMD steps up. I went with the 7970Ghz recently and it doesn't look like I there will be something worth getting from AMD for another 6 months.
