Running off iso mount?
Referencing another thread:

Where I got virtualbox to work and run XP 32 on my laptop, I want to know if there is a way to create an ISO and mount it onto the hard drive so that I don't have to use the CD every time? Right now I can get the 16 bit software to run but I still need the CD. I tried copying all the files into a new folder, install it from that folder and run it off the files in the folder but I still get an error requesting the CD. Is there a way to create an ISO of the CD and mount it so that I don't have to lug around the CD everytime I want to run the program?

I googled your thread title and found:

Use MagicISO to create the .iso image file of your CD/DVD first. then follow the instructions in Steve's link to run your .iso in XP.

I used a Virtual CD to get it to work...
