Just what the title says. I have everything together. The USB mouse lights up. When I hit the on button the MB fan moves but only about an 1/8 of a rotation. Then nothing. Ideas?

Just what the title says. I have everything together. The USB mouse lights up. When I hit the on button the MB fan moves but only about an 1/8 of a rotation. Then nothing. Ideas?
I'm not really sure but,try reseating the main socket to MB.
You can also try,completely clearing the BIOS.
Make sure all connections,DVD drive,etc are tight.
Try removing all connections from peripherals,except video card
Hope it helps.Try another PSU
