Print problem

Whenever I sold something on EBay,I would go ahead and print the label as usual.
I use IE 11 as a browser.Well now all of a sudden,I cannot print anymore !
Called EBay and she tells me to use Chrome,it works fine with this browser.

Is there a way,I can resume working with IE 11 ?

You could try reinstalling the printer driver, or downgrading IE. Usually, reinstalling some driver, updating the browser, downgrading the browser, or anything similar like that will fix something.

I tried reinstalling HP drivers,going to try a clean install next
