WinXP and FTP
Ok maybe I'm missing something but after installing IIS I have no option to run an FTP site at all. What's the deal?? I can't even browse to the Default Web site that's running. Any help is appreciated

It's possible you don't have the FTP Service installed. I've seen some situations, where the default IIS install does NOT in fact include the FTP Service.
All you have to do is go into Add/Remove Programs.
Click on the "Add/Remove Windows Components" tab, and you'll get a list of stuff which you can add/remove, and IIS should be in that list somewhere.
Highlight IIS and click on the "details" button. Most likely you'll find that "FTP Server" was unchecked. Check it, and click okay and you're in business.
Note: This is instructions from Windows 2000. I highly doubt that WinXP made any changes to this process, but if they did, I apologize ahead of time.
