Quick performance issue for you guys

Just a quick question, I had a BE6-II @ PIII 800(100) and just recently went to the SE6 for ATA 100 and PC-133 support. I notice that the SE6 seems much more slugish in games than the BE6-II, in unreal tounament I used to pull 95-100fps on average(1024x768-16bit). I am down to about 75 now (not timedemos). I'm not complaining however, Sandra2k tells me that my CPU to memory bandwidth is 274 and the FPU to memory bandwidth is 294. I don't understand that one. Is there some Bios tweaking or anything I can do. Or is it my memory. 2X128 sticks, Micron CL2, and some cheaper PC133 CL3. Anything would be a big help. BTW, these figures were taken at 920Mhz, 115Mhz FSB.
