Compatiblity Problem?

I have all of my parts except my mobo. I plan on getting the Epox. My question is are there any compatibility problems that might arise with my choice of motherboards. Heres the specs.

1.33 Ghz Tbird /w Thermoengine Heatsink

Please let me know if anyone can anticipate any problems. If anyone knows of any bios updates/drivers I should have before I set it up that would help too. Thanks.
