A7M For the XP??

The A7M266 will run the XP, but only after you update to the newest bios (1005), and change the S2k Slew Rate to "1" in the bios. So, the dilemma is this: if you are planning to build a new system based on the A7M and an XP, you might have problems because I dont think the A7M's are shipping with the 1005 bios yet (I could be wrong), so it wont boot at all with the XP. Somehow you'd have to get into windows to flash the bios using a t-bird or duron first. Good luck.
