Loockups

Im geeting quite irritated on my computer i hags quite often when i'm connected to a network, these loockups seems comming randomly. it isn't a heat problem and i have the latest drivers from my manufactor to the diffrent cards i have, it ain't ither any confilict's. do anyone of you guy's now what more that can be the problem and how do i fix it.

1ghz t-bird
MSI k7t- pro2a
Hercules 3d prothet 2 ultra
ibm deskstar 46,1 gb
windows Me
latest 4 in 1 drivers from via
and the newest drives from allother manufactors.
