I found the Flash 4 Print Authoring SDK here. I don't think that this is what you're looking for, though...

you can download flash 4 or 5, trial version from http://www.macromedia.com (which http://flash.com links to). If you want the full version - I would give you the illegal links, however that is not appropriate for this forum...
