This reminds me of how absolutley easy it was to pirate software back in the early 90's... just copy that floppy.
Everyone I knew copied games and shared them... lol, but I was maybe what 11,12 years old... like I had any money, I had tons of free time though.

About 3 min 20 sec. into the video they show a game called Neverwinter Nights. The graphics date it to the late 80's. Kinda interesting.
I take it you never tried to copy some of the Ultimas or old SSI games? They had some hard copy protection on them for back in the day. Had to use like E.D.D. to copy them and do hex editing to get it done.Quote:

I remember copying 5 1/4" disks non stop on my Atari 800 and Commodore 128. Close to every game I had was copied lol!:D
Oh man one of my friends had three boxes stuffed full of Commodore games on 5 1/4"... I think his dad knew someone who worked for a software company, so they would get tons of cheap games and copy them for all their friends. We had a blast on that computer, but I'm sure Latifah would have been disappointed :(
Oh god I can't believe I watched that, so cheesy it's not funny LOL. I think the plan behind that was to have people laughing so hard after it that it would cut down the amount of time they would be spending copying games :D
