Need to blow $1350! QUICK!

Got $1350 from working and I need to spend it...NOW! What should I get? (Already have a PC, OS, office etc.). Don't have speakers, printer or anything yet...list suggestions and I'll incorporate them (definatly going to mod and buy speakers)!

Buy a plot in the cemetary and sell it in a few years. You'll make a bundle. Yeah, sorta morbid ain't it...

Put it in a savings account for a rainy day.:D

get a gig of ram and a 256mb radeon 9800 pro...also an audigy 2 and klipsch promedia 5.1 speakers...if if you can wait a few weeks then you can buy the 5.1 ultra's which is supposed to be a lot more better than the regular 5.1's...

Great, you got my age right! I'll take it under consideration.

So far:

-Morrowind and HL (then in fall HL2, Halo and SW:KOTOR but not with this money)
-Video card (9800 Pro 128 MB)
-Speakers
-Don't need an audigy (Soundstorm)
-1 512 Stick
-Printer
-Mods
-Assorted software

I'll add it up, see if I have the money.

BTW: I may just be able to get together $1500 :D

Should I EBay my Ti 4600?

grab a home theatre reciever and a pair of good loudspeakers and a sub. Then maybe add a pair of surrounds and a center channel.

there, budget spent.

for $1350 I say you go with the audigy 2 platinum, klipsch PM5.1's, 9800 pro and 2 WD SATA drives.

Edit: Also get anotehr stick of 512mb corsair xms pc3200

Put the money in the bank - 16 isn't that far away and you'll want a car then.

Put in the bank for now. Then when you actually do want to buy something, it'll be there with interest. I'd be saving up for a car if I were you though.

Definetly bank it. When the time comes around for college, you'll wish you handn't spent it on those computer parts that will then complete crap. I'd keep putting money into a savings account and once you get accepted to a college, blow it all on a car or very expensive laptop. Oh...and telling your parents you want to save the money WILL earn you some brownie points :D

yea like other people have said...save it. You don't have to spend money once you get it, saving is good. Listen to Findels, save up for a car you will be happy you did.

well if he keeps getting 1300 bux from work he prob allready has a dodge viper ;).

I would say, if you need a printer, get a printer. Just buy things that you need, not what you want and say the rest. This way you get a few new toys and yet still save money and look good for the parents. Trust me, I have learned this. Snice getting my job Last year.:D

$1300 as a start or added to any other money he saves for a car is great. He's only 14 there are still a couple years to save.
