Well, he does appear more bitter than I thought he was, though I don't think the second and third examples are all THAT bad, at least not extraordinarily so. The original no look handshake was pretty bush league, but fake or not you can't really criticize the guy for hugging him after the playoff game, that's just looking for something to complain about. As far as the thing with Peyton, he just lost a big game, and while he could have handled it better, like I said, I don't think he acted extraordinarily badly. As far as the Ted Johnson thing, Belichick couldn't have made him play if the trainers hadn't cleared him, so I would blame the trainers in that case more than I would blame Belichick.Quote:

Heck, he's gotten better results than anyone period. Also remember that there are several players, like Tedy Bruschi, that have taken pay cuts or foregone free agency just to stay on the Patriots. Betting on the Patriots making the playoffs each year is about as sure of a deal as you'll find in the NFL.
Ok my Super Bowl prediction:
Colts 27 Bears 17
56-10, Indy over Chi.

Yup yup.

Well Im not sure if I have posted my prediction but here goes:
Bears 17
Colts 10
The only reason I say this is because out of all the superbowls, when one team has the best defence in their conference, and one team has the best offense in theirs, all 7 times this has happend the one with the best defence has WON.
Normally, I would totally agree and go Bears all the way, but I just don't think the Chicago defense is really all that great. There is just something about them that I don't like. Plus, the NFC in general is bad this year, so leading the conference in defense isn't quite as impressive as it would have been in past years.Quote:

I cant go with Indy considering how they've looked in the play offs. Sure theyve won, but they havnt been putting up tons of points, it is a damn good thing they got Vinitari or they woulda been out in the first round.
DA BEARS
I have to agree with you. The patriots D played them pretty tough that last game, enough so that I wasn't that impressed w/ Indy's O. The problem is I just don't think the Bear's O is any good either. Which Rex will show up? I think it's more of the Bears losing then the Colts winning.Quote:

Art Monk - 940 receptions for 12,721 yards and 68 touchdowns
or
Andre Reed - 951 receptions for 13,198 yards and 87 touchdowns
I'm not saying he shouldn't be in, but these 2 guys should be in before him... what a joke.
Well considering Irvin could've played a few more years and broke those numbers if he didn't get hurt, on top of the three super bowl rings, it is understandable.
I love how football HoF doesn't give a **** if you abused drugs, while the baseball HoF won't even let in one of the best players ever in for lying about gambling.
It wasn't just gambling, it was gambling on baseball. No one would care if he hadn't bet on his own league, and in all likelihood his own team.Quote:
