Thx :) Now I just gotta up the fsb somehow...although my ram doesn't seem to like anything over 210 in DC, should I try it in single/take out one stick?

THe AMD platform doesn't seem to benefit as much as the P4 when running dual channel so if you can get the FSB a lot higher in single channel, you may get better performance. I guess you'll have to try! :)
Aha, another question: how do you change the LOD thing with Riva/Rage3d? Couldn't find it on either. How much does that help?

back in 8th in 03 already. i knew it.
Wasn't going to submit any new scores yet, but I think publishing these killed my old score links. Hopefully there's still more to come.

Colossus and others, I tried running the tests in different orders, all orders and my score dropped by 100 marks. From what I speak from experience, car chase must be run first reguardless of anything else or I lose several fps off car chase  I tried lobby first then car chase, lobby went up 2fps, car went down 6fps. doesnt work that way for me. Maybe it does for some of you, but not me :( I cant get any higher, looks like 15k is gonna have to wait a long time
Damn knocked down to 7th. If only I could overclock this rig. lolQuote:

Ryder, your car chase high details sounds low
my tbred at 190fsb and 2.47GHz gets me 87fps to
your 84fps and you got a barton at 215fsb and 2.38GHz?
I know its 90MHz slower, but arent bartons worth 200MHz over
tbreds, plus you got 25MHz fsb over me! 3dmark should be ran the moment you load windows and car chase run first, else my scores on that game test is like 6 fps lower. Nice oc on that card, I really think you should be at or near 20k
Id like to get at or near 20k,i guess its going to take awhileQuote:

to figure out the best way to do things.I run 3dmark in the default order, maybe i should run each test one at a time??
Will be nice when they put out a decent aftermarket fan-heatsink
setup for the 5900U.
T-Bird I get 87.5fps in nature with my cpu FSB at 170 and my cpu clocked at 2.2ghz. ;) :)Quote:

nature is all gpu and if you really had it clocked at 305/645 like you said, your nature score sucks. mines 300/590 and im at 83.6fps, just 5fps below you with 55MHz slower ram and 5MHz slower core too. You got far more ram bandwith over me. I get the best score running default order, but you need to reboot then run 3dmark immediately, dont load anything else! hope this helps your car chase
No, it was clocked at 306/631.:)Quote:

Trust me Nature doesn't scale like you'd think. There's an area of diminishing returns. I get all of 3-4FPS more going from 374 to 400MHz core...:( :o
I believe on my run with the ram at 645 I only got about two more fps, it was around 89.6fps.Quote:

then its time to update your sig cause your ram isnt 621, its 645 :) you got an outdated sig too
I said that I got that score(around 89.6) when I was running my ram at 645, I did not say that I am running my ram at 645 right now. There are some changes I need to make to my sig. but the 306/621 is not one of them. Do you run your video card at the highest you can OC it all the time. Edit: Sig. fixed it will change again when I get my 8rda+.;)Quote:

all the overclocks and scores in my sig are max clocks, but obviously I dont run em at max most of the time, but makes it look good for bragging rights. I would say this: max oc: 306/645, normal oc: 300/620 or whatever :)
You mean like I have it now.:DQuote:
