Congrats DJBeanPole17.

I've been a Steelers fan all my life (nearly 56years) but was happy for the Colts, especially Tony Dungy. This year the Colts played through some tough times in mid to late season and showed they were the best team, as a result. I was especially impressed with Peyton Manning. His maturity (and that of the center,Saturday, and the rest of the O line really showed.) Instead of forcing passes Peyton took what Chicago would give him. In addition, Joseph Addai had a MONSTER game and the defense was solid.

All in all the Colts ARE World Champs. Enjoy it!:) :D

Honestly, no matter what their defense did in the playoffs, I don't think it's very good. Losing that many players on D could be just what they need to start retooling. Rhodes played well for them this year, but I think Addai is ready to become the number 1, so him going wouldn't hurt TOO bad imo. Losing both starting guards would hurt, though.

I still think they'll take a step down, but I don't predict the doom and gloom for them that most people do.

unless they trade some of these guys for picks...but most teams interested will probably just wait for them to hit the market and bid on them.

well with 1:42 left in the game you would think one would have Manning throwing to the afc's best receivers, bilichick is one bitter guy....sore loser.

Its not like it matters, its just the probowl.

lol, I forgot to even watch it. I don't care for the probowl; the risk of injury isn't worth it so many of the guys don't play hard. Or just skip it altogether.

I only watched parts of it because it was on the same channel as the UofA game and I left the tv on after that ended.

Anyone notice Terrel Suggs blitz Romo, and after the play it looked like Romo was complaining about it to the ref. I Lol'd.

I missed the game too, completely forgot about it. My friend said it wasn't even broadcast in hd which is absurd if it's true. I heard brees hurt his elbow or something? Anyone know about that?

Sorry to bring this back up, since I personally hope the story would just die, but on the Ted Johnson thing, it's kind of funny how he suffered these terrible concussions early in the 2002 season, in a September 2002 meeting with Belichick said "You played God with my health. You knew I shouldn't have been cleared to play," yet for some reason he stayed around at least through Super Bowl 39 in 2005. Hindsight being 20/20, he played that year, played a few more years, and is now coming out and putting all the blame on the Patriots staff?

I didn't watch the probowl either. Never have, probably never will.

I hate the pro bowl.

All the skill competitions and such are fairly entertaining, but the actual game just seems slow. You can tell they're just out there to have fun and not really to go balls out and win the game.

I think it should be all skills competition. The game is pointless, and if my team's probowl player(s) got hurt in it I would be pissed.
