It makes a lot more sense to have a fourth nfc-west team in LA instead of St. Louis. Move someone to LA, and put the Lambs in another division.

Raiders wanted better facilities, I believe, and the Rams were basically getting drek for attendance (probably because everyone in LA was a Raiders fan). I think the Rams moved away one year before the Raiders did.
