I'll still be here, the basement of my house is always nice and cold.Quote:

I have been wanting to retire my main rig from folding for a while now, but my 1600+ computer was giving me problems, but now that I have its problems worked out, I can use my main rig for gaming and other things.Quote:

Anyone having trouble accessing the EOC stats page? Even their main site doesn't seem to work.
I also have been having a hard time getting on it recently, most of the time I get the thing that says you can not connect to this site, then I try a little bit later and I get on. :confused:Quote:

EOC has been hit & miss for me as well in the past couple days...
What ever happened to making EOC so that you could still view the stats during updates? That would sure be nice...
yeah that would be nice
and as a side note....holy crap do tinker's suck....hadn't noticed it, but my main system picked up another tinker....68% done and still over 11 hours to completion.....that's just annoying...
Hey, I am looking for a KDE front end for Folding@Home... Anything out there?
Comin' for ya DayWalker.:D
I finally got that additional P4 up at 3.3Ghz folding 24/7 now and I got my 2.4Ghz Celly Laptop folding all weekend to try and catch ya.:):D
Take it easy with your little girlie avatar...Quote:

I got my AMD going again but I'm still hurting with my P4 down. You're in for a fight when I'm healthy.
Here is my small list of folders right now... I had taken my 2.4c off of the list since it was needed else where :D
So I only have 4 machines folding ATM...
2.8c @ 3.4Ghz
2.66 @ 3.00Ghz
2500 @ 2.31Ghz
P3 500 @ 500Mhz
Pushing ~2600 PPW... Not that bad.. But some of the heavy hitters are doing that per day! WOW...
Here is my FAH Stats I uploaded just recently :)
http://home.comcast.net/~blah/stats/
If you notice, My older 2.66Ghz @ 3.00Ghz folds faster then a XP 2500+ at 2.31Ghz :)
By a whole 50 seconds per frame... That is a nice margin.. That XP would have to be about 2.45+ Ghz to compete! WOW!!!!
I thought the AMD would do much better then that at that Mhz :(
Updated my sig! Now you can see all the desktops I have at home!
I wonder how many PPD I would get if I fold on each one :)
 how'd you do that? :pQuote:

that's pretty cool Colossus. is that just a setting within logStats or what? and where can i get it. i want to get it, but i'd rather not have to search back 30 pages to find it (and i'm too lazy to google for it myself...anybody have the link handy?).
Download it here
http://fahstats.sourceforge.net/mt/
And under your Settings enable the WebGen and WebServer...
Then open the port 2501 to point to the machine that is running the stats.. Or just upload the directory x times per day to a webserver...
thanks man!Quote:

edit - so it just uploads the information in an html format?
Yes and no.. It has a built in HTTP Server.. You can enable that and forward port 2501 to the machine that is running that software..Quote:

OR...
Run a schedule task to upload the HTML files to a web server
Both work.. But only port forward will be up to date info...
Gorn -Great Job! XP1800 - Way to go!:) :D
anyone else notice the huge drop in recruitment? any ideas to boost it and least make a big charge before our big boys lower production in the summer?
