Hmmm that's a good idea, how long is it for you?Quote:

does two hours sound right? if i read the log file right...about 2 hours, maybe a little less, cuz i paused it and i was gaming and stuff when it was running...
No idea now, since apparently it varies, lol.Quote:

By the looks of it, this 2500 one might take a few minutes, lol.
So far I've got these systems running this for me...
Barton 2500+ 512mb RAM (Overclocked)
TBred 2100+ 512mb RAM (Overclocked)
P3 600 512mb RAM
Palomino 1800+ 256mb RAM
Palomino 1600+ 256mb RAM (Overclocked)
I plan to get at least a few more. :) I want to help the sharky team! :D
2 hours for 10% or 2 hours for the whole hog?Quote:

Either way, 20 hours is pretty decent for a 500, although not all 500's are the same, from what I can tell...
I've done a few, and they've been different - I'll have a peek at the log file soon to see.
*edit* Woohoo, I'm a Tiger Shark... Only just noticed :D
20 hours for a 500? Mine only took about 12 hours.Quote:

How much faster would say... my barton do these than a 2.4GHz TBred? (A lot or not a lot?)
2 hours for 10%, that would be insane if it was the whole thing!
Kaotik do you have the advmethods and forceasm enabled with 3.25? I'm clocked at a mere 2.16Ghz and I've done 25% of a 500 in little over 2 1/2 hours. I assure you SSE does improve WU times by as much as 20%. I understand different 500's might take different time but again I vigorously encourage all AMDer's to get on board.
speedy, I see you leave yours running when you game, have you had any problems doing that.
12 hours? Nice work...Quote:

I'm guessing this stuff is pretty cache intensive, as my P3 800 is running jobs much faster than the 1.8Celery.
no, not at all...i dont' notice a performance drop...
edit: okay, my sse isn't working right now...that's a big reason...
thanks, I have not played a game after I started folding, didn`t know if I would be stressing my computer to much, by doing so. Will later on I have some catching up to do. :)Quote:

Is it rude for me to ask people to use their SF name as their Folding ID as well? Some already have but some aren't and I cannot tell who to give love to.
EDIT never mind your score doesn't go with you.
I started as MarkO, realised I probably should have gone with Mojo, and then figured I'd just end up with 2 ID's. Forethought would have been a good thing :)Quote:

kaotik, revise that down to about 13 hours give or take...what speed is your proc at for folding? i'm at 2.3ghz...i don't want to run 1.9vcore+ everyday until i'm convinced that it's safe...
