Kickstarter Game Thread

It was specific to Kaldarax and is all of the Kaldarax models. They shrunk Nethyrmaul to compensate. Retail on Kaly will be $75, while Nethy will be $40. IIRC, Kaly is 27% bigger which translates to the heads on the base being sized at giant-size instead of human-size.

I was looking back over the posts and I got a Kaladrax too. 10" tall, that's going to be quite a sight.

I am kicking myself for not getting Kaldarax or Nethyrmaul. I will have to try and justify retail at some point now.

I think I threw mine in at the last moment on sure impulse. Wish I had bought more stuff but I think I will be busy with all these figures as it is.

Dunno if this is generic or a sign that I should get my shipment in the next 2 weeks or so.

It is generic. Everyone got one. Shipping starts up this week and will likely go into early-mid July.

Ah okay no need to get too excited then. Was hoping to see mine in the next 2 weeks before some friends arrived.

I got it too. It was buried in my inbox. Anything that starts with "webmaster" I usually don't pay attention to haha.

Official Release Date for Shadowrun Returns is July 25, 2013.

Wow, that's pretty soon. I didn't get in on that, so keep me posted on how you like it.

I expect the base game to be okay but I'm really hoping for the editor to result in a massive amount of AAA+ user made modules like NWN did back in the day.

I checked out some of the screenshots and such, it looks great.

Shipping for BONES started back up today. Latest news is that they hope to have everything in the mail by the end of the month.

Also, I am excited for Shadowrun, too!

Shipping confirmations are starting to go out. It sounds like they are looking process 2000 orders a day with the vampire + 1 and vampire + 2 orders going out first. I'm a vampire + 5 so I think I'll be waiting a bit.

Confirmations have been posted of Vamp+3 (some of those include the big 3). I am personally a Vamp+11 and so I am thinking that I will be really lucky if I get a confirmation this week.

I ended up backing the LFG Fork of Truth game this morning. I've enjoyed the comic since I was introduced to it a few years ago.

For more paint, I suggest the Learn to Paint Kits from Reaper. Order from their website. The images don't match the current product which is full dropper bottles instead of the small cups.

I personally ordered all five kits. I have 54 paints from that alone. Combine with the few I have purchased since and the KS paints I have in my pledge, I will be over 100 paints.

Forces of Nature is the only thing in the entire catalog that will be cheaper after the kickstarter. Your Kaldarax more than makes up for that. If it makes you feel better, I will trade you $20 and my Forces of Nature for your Kaldarax. As said above, those Learn to Paint Kits are 11 paints for cheaper than purchased individually. That means basically free brushes and metal practice minis to go with the awesome instructions. Well worth the money.

Any ideas on when their next ks will be?

I may take you up on your offer if it comes in and I don't care for it. I'm not much on dragons, although you wouldn't know that from how many I ordered lol.
