Do I need two copies for local co-op?

I don't know why on earth I'm considering the Binding of Isaac DLC since I don't really like that game at all and have only talked down on it since I tried playing.
SSFIV and Space Marine seem interesting but honestly I'd rather just get them on a console or something like that so they don't clutter up my Steam games list more than it already is.
Just picked up Alan Wake. been wanting to play that for a while.
Need more strong recommendations.
I haven't bought anything yet. :(
Jumped on the Crusader Kings II + DLC pack for $12.50. Was on the fence about it until I saw the Game of Thrones mod. then I couldn't buy it fast enough.
Now that my monitor is higher resolution than my TV, I am having a hard time not gaming on it. IPS, 2560x1440, and 27" has transformed my PC gaming. Even Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 looks amazing on it. I've been gaming on TN panels for so long that I forgot how rich colors can be.
You are right though, some games are better played on a 50" TV with 5.1 surround. I'm holding out for a cheap copy of ME3 for 360 before I finish the series.
This is basically the sole reason I want a new TV. My current 42" plasma would be perfectly fine if not for the fact that it's 720p and every time I hook up a computer to it it jacks up the desktop resolution and rearranges all my icons.
Would love to be playing my PS1 emulator on my TV but I don't want to put up with the rearranging all the time.
Some great deals today: $30 for Skyrim, $10 for Dead Island, $5 for Borderlands, $2.50 for Plants vs Zombies. I already own all of those though...
The only one tempting me today is Orcs Must Die!
Hows Two Worlds II? I'll probably get Orcs Must Die and Two Worlds II. I wish those indie bundles let you pick your bundle. I have 2-3 games already in all these bundles, but there are a few that I want sprinkled in there.
Also how is Tropico 4? Skyrim and Dead Island are must buys today if you don't have them.
