wow they gave him a two year deal. I realize that doesn't mean they can't cut him, but he's been cut this year, and traded for a conditional 5th round pick last year.
But I suppose from Atlanta's perspective they need to have a veteran backup if your starter is Vick.
I don't know why but I can't help but feel bad for Joey. He's a millionaire and here I am feeling bad for him. Go figure.

Because until now, there were no repercussions. Most of the 10 run ins with the law that everybody keeps talking about were just interviews in the first place. No matter what happened, he still got his paychecks, he still got to play, and a bunch of media people that he's probably never met talked bad about him. He got to do whatever he wanted with little to no repercussions. Not that I personally would do the things he's done, and not that I don't think he does bad things that he shouldn't do, but it's easy to see why he kept his lifestyle.Quote:
