shell is just a retard, listen to the guy talk.
nearly everytime there was a 3 step drop there was a big completion, their o-line just can't block for 7 steps.

Well, dozens up uppity Giants fans have been invading my favorite Hawks board all week. :D Can't wait to see if their trash talking is founded, or if we can bounce them outta Qwest Field with another loss. I'm thinking our speedy LB's are going to be all over Manning the Younger today.
I was at the infamous "false start hell" game vs. NYG last year, I know the Giants offense can count on more of the same.
To the Top!
I've been listening to ESPN Radio as I've been driving around running errands today.
Sounds like the Chicago offense has come back down to earth against Minnesota. Grossman has already thrown a pick, and he should have thrown 3 but the Minnesota players dropped balls that hit them in the hands.
Tampa Bay seems really bad against Carolina. If this keeps up, I see Tampa as a team that ends the season on a lot worse record than they should, gets a good high draft pick, and then comes out next season and "surprises" everybody by being a good team. Still a lot of football left in this season, though.
Kerry Collins is playing pretty well. I'm kind of disappointed, I figure if he kept playing crappy then Vince Young would get the start next week.
::edit::
The Seahawks are freaking murdering the Giants right now. 35-0 in the first half.
Alright Holmgren, give Hass the first drive of the half and then start pulling the starters. Up 35-0 at the half,(!!!) no need to keep Hass in the game and risk injury.
Sorry about this one Giants fans, I didn't see it coming either. :p
It's kind of funny, I've been saying for years that the Ravens are my favorite NFL team, but when I heard earlier in the day that the Browns were ahead of the Ravens 14-3, I didn't really even care. I was actually kind of happy that it looked like my preseason "surprise team of the year" pick of the Browns was starting to pay off. I'm somewhat depressed that the Ravens ended up winning.
This is kind of a strange feeling.
Anyway, none of the teams I really want to win (outside of the above game) won this weekend. Jags lost to Indy, 49ers (I like Alex Smith) are about to lose, and the Bills (I like Losman) lost. Nothing too great in the College game this weekend, either; my Red Raiders dominated, but it was a 1-AA team, and I was happy that Notre Dame was getting crushed again but they ended up winning. Kind of a wash as far as football goes for me.
Man the giants are pissing me off, why can they only play in the 4th quarter, it's ridiculous. That game made me want to puke. I can't believe plax bobbled a pass for an int, then fumbled the next posession, he definitely deserved to be benched. And I don't know if it's coughlin's play calling, or eli not looking for or seeing shockey but they need to get him the ball. He's a beast and he's not being utilized, and he fires up the team when he gets a pass.
The pass rush is terrible too no one ever gets in, which is making the secondary look even worse. I think part of the problem is they lost a d tackle, kendrick clancy so they're not getting any push up the middle. So when strahan and osi do come in from the sides the qb just has to step up in the pocket. So yea giants fans are not happy.
Hehe no one would have thought the Pats would lose, not even I did. But boy am I happy they did!!! The Broncos D is amazing. Plummer finally found the endzone too, finally.
I started Favre over Hasselbeck today, man do I feel like a retard right now.
haha that sucks, but yea the denver D was a wall. brady's lack of receivers really showed that game.Quote:

I noticed that when Seattle went to the "prevent" defense in the 4th, they actually didn't prevent anything. WHy oh why can't they just keep rushing the qb until it's over. :o
Alexander was nonexistent again today, and some nice brainfarting by Hass at the end too. But aside from the atrocious fourth quarter they are getting better every week. Game ball goes to Rob Sims and Chris Spencer, a rookie and sophomore O-Linemen who were playing out of position today and did great. Hamlin, too. Bring on the Bears.
Didn't he take himself out of a game a week or two again because he was hurt? I thought I remembered something like that happening.Quote:

The reporters then started to press him about the outcoached comment, so of course he replied, and that's what got the ink, but they could just as easily have pressed him on the outplayed part.
watch ebay for the massive patriot gear listings as fanboys jump off the bandwagon in a mass exodus.
ever notice when you watch a patriot game, when they show the crowd? not very many people wearing patriot jerseys, they just wear street clothes and drink beer.... the most unfan like crowd i have ever seen at a game
I thought the best game this weekend was the amazing Notre Dame come back.
Do the Patriots need Branch. Yes. Gabriel looked good, but they needed more. Guess you can't always low ball and keep winning.
I'm noticing a lot of low or high scoring games. last week there was a 6/9 game. There were also some huge numbered games. Weird start of a season.
I think the colts major weakness is a lack of power running game.
Atlanta has gone to amore college type playbook, and Vick is looking better. That is till one of the option runs hurts something.
I'm 100% sure that the Raiders won't sell out. I will be listening on the radio.
Thanks to the Broncos amazing D, we have 2 of the lowest scoring games so far....And our amazing lack of offense.Quote:

as for the game, im surprised the falcons got blown out like that
atlanta is the better team, apparently they thought everyone in the country was rooting for NO... they played poorly, very poorly... they do play twice.
I can't help but to feel that Atlanta threw the game. Vick has always been up and down though.
