I don't have another board to test it on. :( I think the board may be bad, though, because my Corsair, which could do 4-2-2-2@[email protected] rock solid on my Asus needs 2.9v to do 11-4-4-2.5@200mhz on this thing!! :eek: It might be a RAM compatibility thing, but I dunno... Corsair said they'll give me a new pair, but it will most likely not solve the problem.Quote:

I hope your problem with compatibility and whatnot is resolved soon ;) :) , with your dual prommies and vid card that OCs like a bat outta hell, we can put one more AMD rig above 20k!:cool: :DQuote:

Well, I use Rage3dTweak, as I've gotten used to it (and AFAIK the suggestion that the program you use to OC somehow affects how far you can OC is absurd). It lets you raise your core all the way to 510 and your memory to wayyy above anything a 9800Pro do (438). :)Quote:

RivaTuner, if I'm not mistaken, can OC to pretty much the stratosphere, but I prefer Rage3dTweak's, interface.

Sometimes... Sometimes one program would overclock a little better or have better results then another... Which is very odd.. I guess it has to do with how it rounds off the final clock speed.Quote:

Maybe Maybe not... It can be a hundred or so... Lets say you overclocked your card with brand x that rounded up the number... Your benchmarking locked up.. So you drop it down 5mhz... Now when you apply it, it rounds it down.. .So now you are over 5mhz less then before...
Lets say brand y rounds it closer to even... And it completes the benchmark.. Now you just scored slightly higher :D
i don't know what you guys have done to me...but here goes nothing. soon i will have reformatted my computer and will be in the process of installing win2k. i can't believe i am actually going to be doing this just for benchmarking reasons...oh well...should be fun either way!! :D here's to hoping i can break 15k!! ;)
