picked up witcher 2 for $8! no brainer at that price
Purchased CIV 3 and 4, Defender's Quest and Dead Pixels. Almost didn't see those so I am sure there is a bunch I am missing.
Timman, Farcry 3 is $37 on Steam right now.
Hahaha I love that you recognize the situation affecting digital media, but aren't past waiting for better prices anyway. :D
I hate to say it, but these days with the glut of media that I have, anything above $20 gives me serious pause. Most of the time, above $10 means I really really really need to love the game to purchase it.
i really think its thanks to iOS/Android games.... i have played $1 games on my phone that felt like higher quality than many $20-40 console games
Grabbed Civ V and dear lord i've been sucked in again.
Russia and France tried to double team me and I sent them sniffling back home. 100 years later, and I wiped them both from the map for their indiscretion.
Genghis Khan has been getting uppity lately. I may have to bury him soon.
Are there any strategy games where you don't have to micromanage and shortcut key like a tournament Korean to enjoy? Last one on PC I got into was the original Starcraft and about 30 minutes of Warcraft 3. I love the idea of RTS games, it's just that I'm not too good unless my focus is very narrow.
I bought the Dawn of War games dirt cheap last year and have yet to play them.
Was thinking of getting Far Cry 3 but by the time I thought I may as well grab it I was driving through an area with no cell reception on a road trip so I couldn't get to the Steam store. If it repeats on the last day I may still get it, but for some reason I seem to remember their last sale not having the final day of repeats like all the ones before did.
Are those Blood Bowl games any good? I have almost bought them a couple of times but have read talk of frustrating gameplay?
