48x liteon and 16x dvd on secondary P-ata
WD 80gb by itself on first s-ata (with serrillel thing)
I bought an ata133 controlller and put... my other two 40 gb drives on those.
Dont use the serial crap :)
I bet it would work... I wouldnt use that serial converter... The drive performance take a hit with it :)

nice score, your car chase high details is quite a bit better, probably due mostly to your cas2 ram and fsb. Your nature score is obvious of a higher overclock as well :) ah I might get 13k if my new ram can do high fsb at cas3, if she does both, then 13.5k :)
hey tbird, last summer when i built my current system the rig i got rid of was almost identical to yours. celeron 300a to I think 500 or was it 550... cant remember. 256 pc133, abit bh-6,quantum 8 gb and tnt2 ultra. I got tired of the frame rate tanking on some UT maps so i sprang for the geforce 4. Beleive it or not I can still find a few maps on that game that bring my system to its knees, oh well its mostly perfect for UT now.
Just ran 3dmark with my new P4 rig... everything was at stock speeds however :). No cpu overclock, no vid card overclock... hell, the memory is in SPD in the BIOS, lol. This is what I scored...

Overclocked my cpu to 3ghz (stock Vcore)... and ran the test again... and I scored jUST UNDER 17k, lol. Almost 2000pts with just a 600mhz cpu overclcok, lol...

I am at just above 17.1k right now... CPU still at 3ghz (memory in SPD in bios), and vid card has NOT been overclocked. If I could get a good 3.4-3.5 out of this chip, then overclcok my card.. I should be able to get 19k marks :). Hopefully, I want to keep this 97000pro for a while to come, lol.

good luck but sorry I doubt youd match your amd system. your p4 at stock still loses to me by quite a bit in car chase high details, im at like 72fps now on 2GHz at a lower fsb than you too. I am about as fast as a 3.06b or 2.8c right now :)
Your AMD setup needs to be near 2.4Ghz to beat a 2.8c or a 3.06Ghz!!!!! and even higher for a 3.06Ghz :)

an xp2400 runs at 2GHz at 133fsb, mine runs 2GHz at 182fsb, that accounts for a MAJOR difference. I probably eat stock xp2700s too :) anyway I wish to challenge any pentium4 at this point :)
Please my P4 2.0Ghz overclocked to 2.7Ghz probably EATS(tm) your killer rig.

Not much of a card and very bottlenecked too. I cant even imagine how the highest scores are over 5k, even a geforce2 ti doesnt score anywhere near that! and we all know its impossible to overclock an mx400 that high

For a card over twice the memory bandwith as the mx400, her score does seem low, even the mx440 badly eats that!
